Juan Francisco Astorga es un apasionado Diseñador Gráfico y Fotógrafo con raíces en San Felipe, aunque reside en Valparaíso desde 2012. En 2015, embarcó en una emocionante travesía por las calles de esta icónica ciudad costera, decidido a capturar la esencia del arte callejero y la vida urbana que florecen en sus diversos cerros y calles. Después de cuatro años de inmersión y dedicación, en septiembre de 2019, dio vida a su primer libro titulado "Valparaíso: Capital del Arte Urbano". Este libro, fruto de exhaustivas investigaciones, reúne las creaciones de 25 artistas nacionales e internacionales, quienes forman parte de una destacada generación de talentos del arte callejero. Además, ofrece una auténtica narrativa sobre la llegada y evolución del graffiti y el Hip Hop en la quinta región. En la actualidad, Juan Francisco se encuentra inmerso en la creación de su próximo proyecto: un libro fotográfico dedicado a Valparaíso en conmemoración de su vigésimo aniversario como Ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad.



Juan Francisco Astorga is a passionate Graphic Designer and Photographer with roots in San Felipe, although he has resided in Valparaíso since 2012. In 2015, he embarked on an exciting journey through the streets of this iconic coastal city, determined to capture the essence of street art and urban life that flourishes in its various hills and streets. After four years of immersion and dedication, in September 2019, he gave life to his first book titled "Valparaíso: Capital of Urban Art." This book, the result of exhaustive research, brings together the creations of 25 national and international artists, who are part of an outstanding generation of street art talents. In addition, it offers an authentic narrative about the arrival and evolution of graffiti and Hip Hop in the fifth region. Currently, Juan Francisco is immersed in the creation of his next project: a photographic book dedicated to Valparaíso in commemoration of its twentieth anniversary as a World Heritage City.
